Uncle and Nephew Sid Addison and Anthony Clapham had bothed worked in the building trade for a good few years and in August 1987 decided to go into partnership together as

SA Developments

Starting with the company office in Sid's spare bedroom and contracts being smaller private works, the company grew from strength to strength taking on larger contracts and eventually building our current offices at Peel Street in Failsworth.

In July 2000 Sid retired leaving Anthony and his daughter Joanne holding the fort until a new Partner was found. Thankfully Alan joined in December 2000. Together with hard work and Alan's visions SA Developments has been able to increase its turnover to over a millon pounds in just five years.
