In 2004 SA Developments had the privilege to work on Stockport’s house of the future. The contract received the highest EcoHomes rating of excellent. The development consisted of a timberframe, where the wood had been sourced from a renewable forest, large south facing skylights where used to let the sun heat the property and solar panels where installed.
